When ever I want to have some thing very delicious and light in my breakfast .... I prefer to have Dalia .It's a perfect start to begin my day.
When I plan to cook Dalia , I soak it in water over night . Then it takes hardly 5 min. to cook in the pan.

For 2-3 people
Cooking time 10-15 min.
Ingredients-
- Broken wheat (Dalia)- 4 table spoon (roasted and soaked in Water for at least 1/2 an hour.
- Sugar- 2table spoon /or jaggery- small piece
- Milk- 2 cup
Method -
Clean Dalia and roast it with out oil on the low flame .When it turn golden brown, add one cup of water and soak it at least for 1/2 an hour. Now bring it to one whistle in the pressure cooker on the low flame . Turn off the heat.When the lid open mix sugar and milk in dalia. Bring it to boil again and adjust sugar and milk according to your taste.
Sweet Healthy breakfast is ready.
If you are adding jaggery .....then do not mix it along with milk , other wise milk will turn sour, add milk .... after the jaggery is melted with dalia.
