I have grown up to see her cooking,as I always took great interest in my mother's cooking.I got to know her more when she left us on 15th July,2006 due to cancer. Let's enjoy this beautiful winter season with delicious sweet dish.... Jaggery - Sesame seeds Balls (Til ke laddoo). This is most loved dessert in the season of winter If you are not feeling like to eat anything in the morning ...just have 1 or 2 ladoo in the breakfast with a glass of milk...its very healthy. You can Store these laddoo in air tight jar for several days.

Mutton Qorma /Korma is my all time favourite dish , once I got an opportunity to learn this recipe from an old, experienced professional chef , who used to cook feast in Muslim functions. ...
I remember ,...that chef had come at my in laws place to cook Biryaani ,Qorma , and Zarda (sweet saffron rice) for Nazar on the Imam's chehlum. He was cooking food in the court yard , I was so curious to know the recipe of Mutton Qorma, so I went in the court yard , stood there, and learnt Qorma recipe from him.
After that I started cooking in the same manner , Now family and friends compliments...me that they are having the taste of feast at home.
