Egg Omelet is very simple and common dish which we have in our breakfast daily.I can have it  any time whether it is in breakfast , lunch or dinner ... its taste so delicious  and  takes no time to cook .

Ingredients 
Best Indian food, egg omlet, eggs, onion, tomatoes, green chili,
Omelet mixture


  • Egg - 4
  •  Finely chopped onion- 2- table spoon
  •  Green chili ( chopped)-2-3
  •  Tomatoes( chopped)-2 tea spoon
  •  Pure Ghee/Cooking oil- 2  table spoon 
  •  Salt- 2 full pinch

 Cooking omelet
Cracks the eggs  in the bowl, add finely chopped onion, green chili  tomatoes, salt  and  beat the mixture for a minute or so ,adjust the salt according to your taste, in between heat the pure ghee/ cooking oil in the frying  pan. Pour the egg mixture in the hot oil, spread it from all over sides.... keep the heat low..  and  cook it  on the low flame  for a minute....  now flip it and  cook it from other side  till it turns  golden pink .
