Sweet and Sour Mix Fruit Snack

Fruits  are important part  of our diet as they have  important  vitamins and  minerals , which  keeps us in  good health.When ever I want  to enjoy  my  favourite  fruits in sweet and sour taste I  make  fruit chaat .
 In  the holy month of ramzan , people  love  to have  this healthy  and  colourful  fruit chat  in  iftaar 
( breaking fast) after day long fast.

 Ingredients-        

(All  fruits chopped  in  small pieces)

  • Banana- 2               
  • Apple- 2 medium size
  • Pears- 2
  • Grapes- 1 bunch
  • Pomegranate seeds- 2  bowl
  • Guava- 2  medium size
  • papaya - 2  small  bowl (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
  • Black pepper powder-2 full pinch
  • Salt-  1/4 tea spoon
  • Sugar-  2 table  spoon
  • Chat masala -1 tea spoon (full)
How to do -  Wash and  cut your favourite  fruits in small pieces, then mix lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sugar, and chat masala in fruits and mix it well all together with a spoon till sugar melted.
Taste it, as you need to adjust sugar, salt  and chaat masala, according to your taste.
