I do not buy pickles from market , I make it my self, either its mango pickles,chili pickle or any other pickle. I have learnt pickle recipes from my mother who was an expert in making pickles.
My Mother WASIM AKHTHER ZAIDI was a great women & remarkable cook. she always enjoyed to cook for my father Mr Hilal Ali Zaidi, who has a passion for good food. I have grown up to see her cooking,as I always took great interest in my mother's cooking.I got to know her more when she left us on 15th July,2006 due to cancer.
