How to grow sprouts from green gram (mung)
Take one cup raw moong, wash it well, add 2 cup of water, cover the lid. & leave it over night. Next day drain water, leave it for the day. By the night sprouts will germinate out from the green gram (sabut mung).
Put it in the fridge, your basic fresh, healthy super food is ready.
You may roast sprouts in microwave , or cook it in the pan with few drops of pure ghee. Roast it well on the low flame till it leaves its rawness . Mix a pinch of salt and black pepper over sprouts according to your taste.
Some people enjoy raw sprouts with fruits and salad.... prepare it as per your choice.
