Winter season is best to enjoy fried food. Now a days fresh spring onion is available in the market . There are number of dishes which we cook with this green vegetable. One of the delicious dish is Hari pyaaz ke pakode (Spring onion fried snacks ). here is the recipe.......

Ingredients-
- Hari pyaaz(spring onion)- well washed and chopped) 250 g.m
- Salt - 1/4 tea spoon
- Besan/ chick pea flour - 3 cup
- Zeera powder(roasted cumin seeds powder)- 1/4 tea spoon
- Red chili powder- 1/4 tea spoon
- Green chili -2 (chopped)
- Cooking oil to fry
Prepare a mixture of Chopped Hari pyaaaz, Besan ,salt ,red chili powder, chopped green chili with 1/2 cup of water.
- Green coriander leaves- 1/2 cup (well washed)
- Salt- 2 pinch
- Green chili- 2
- Lemon juice-1 tea spoon
(Mixture should not be too thick or loose , It should be pourable.)
Heat the cooking oil in the pan. and drop spoon full of batter in 5-6 of batch. Fry it from both sides on the low flame till it turn golden brown.
Serve it hot with Hari chutney or Meethi chutney as per your liking.

How to make green chutney-
Grind coriander leaves with green chili and salt in the mixture grinder, add lemon juice, adjust salt according to your taste. chatpati hari chutney is prepared.
