Ahealthy ,special and simple dessert Apple Kheer is for you from my mother's kitchen .It is a new dish for me which I have learnt from Shiza Ali Zaidi .
My Mother WASIM AKHTHER ZAIDI was a great women & remarkable cook. she always enjoyed to cook for my father Mr Hilal Ali Zaidi, who has a passion for good food. I have grown up to see her cooking,as I always took great interest in my mother's cooking.I got to know her more when she left us on 15th July,2006 due to cancer. This cooking Blog is a tribute to her.I would like to share my mother's simple & delicious recipes with all of you. hope you would enjoy.....Happy Cooking!
