Sweet Potatoes Dessert

Sakarqandi ki kheer (Sweet Potatoes Dessert)

We avoid to eat  sweet potatoes  as it is very rich  in   carbohydrates  but  this root vegetable is  an important source of vitamin A, which is important  for healthy vision. It is  also a good source of proteins and fibre.
Few days ago I tasted sakarqandi ki kheer which  was really very delicious ,Till now i had eaten  roasted  and  boiled  sweet potatoes but never tasted a dessert made from milk and sweet potatoes.
I would love to share  this tasty recipe with all of you. Hope you would  love it .

Keep the chopped mangoes in the freezer for some time. Take the yogurt in a smoothie maker. Add frozen mango pieces and mil. Blend till smooth. Add sugar and blend again. Put some mango cubes into a glass, pour the smoothie and serve immediately garnished with some more mango cubes. - See more at: http://www.sanjeevkapoor.com/mango-smoothie.aspx#sthash.PkbolNYD.dpuf

mango milkshake is very fulfilling and it simply recharges your body. very rarely you might come across a person who does not like mangoes. they are so sweet and juicy, no wonder they are called king of fruits.
i have made this mango milkshake using cashew milk. you can use other nut based milk also like almond milk. if you want then you can use regular milk too.
