Ingredients
- Split Yellow Peas (Chane ki daal )- 1 cup (soaked in water for one hour)
- Onion -1 medium size
- Garlic- 5-6 clove
- Garam masala-1/4 tea spoon
- Cumin Seeds (Zeera)-1/4 tea spoon
- Red chili- 2 broken
- Green chili- 2-3(chopped)
- Salt- 1/4 or according to your taste
For paratha
- Wheat flour (Aata) - 3 cup
- Salt- 1/4 tea spoon
- Refind oil - 1 tea spoon
Enjoy it hot with ripe, sweet mango and cooked mango sauce.
