Let me share that recipe of Indian paav snacks from my mother's kitchen.
For dinner roll snacks you will be needing.....

Time 15- 20 min.
for stuffing
- Potatoes- 1/2 k.g
- Oil-2 table spoon
- Green chili (chopped)
- Salt-1/4 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Red chill powder-1/4 tea spoon
- Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds-1/4 tea spoon
- Garam masala - 2 pinch
- Coriander leaves (chopped)-1 table spoon
- Amchoor powder- 1 pinch
- Onion (sliced)-1
- Tomatoes- sliced-1 big
- Butter/Bread spread
Boil the potatoes, peel off , and finely meshed them. Heat the oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds cracks away,mix turmeric,coriander,red chili powder , garam masala, mango powder and salt . Add meshed potatoes in the oil and mix it well with the spices. Adjust the salt and parch it well . Mix chopped coriander leaves and green chili to increase the taste of potatoes stuffing.
Take a Dinner Roll(paav) and cut it into slice. Apply some butter on both slices and bake it gently on the tawa.

Take the slice on the plate. spread one tea spoon of potato stuffing on the paav , put one - sliced tomato, onion on the paav. Cover it with another baked slice of paav.
Enjoy paav snacks with sauce and favourite drink.
