Bread Rolls
Surprisingly, weather is so pleasant in Delhi in the month of September .Usually it's gets very hot and humid in this month .I usually come back very late from office so I miss beautiful evening with a cup of tea and some snacks.
This Sunday I am in mood to enjoy my evening with crispy Bread Rolls and a cup of tea.

Ingredients
- White bread slices- 8
- Potatoes-1/2 k.g (boiled)
- Green chili (chopped)-2
- Coriander leaves-chopped- 2 tbl Spoon
- Red chili powder-1/4 tea spoon
- Salt- 1/2 tea spoon
- Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Garam Masala-1/4 tea spoon
- Mango powder- 1 full pinch
- Cooking oil to fry

Stuffing for bread rolls
Boil potatoes, peel and mesh them ,add all the spices with chopped green chili , coriander leaves and salt . mix it all along. Stuffing is ready for bread rolls.
How to make bread rolls-

Take a bread slice dip it in the water and squeeze gently with your palm ,put one full tea spoon of prepared potato mixture . Cover it ,and make a roll, and fry it in the hot oil till it turn golden brown.
