After Egg curry , here is another recipe of egg Ande ka halwa for you .which is awesome in taste and quick to make.

Ingredients-
- Eggs- 6
- Sugar - 12 tea spoon
- Cooking oil- 1 table spoon
- Green cardamom / Hari Ilayachi to Garnish

Method
Crack eggs in the bowl, add sugar , beat them well for few minutes as it should be well mixed altogether. Heat the cooking oil in frying pan and pour the Egg liquid in the oil. keep stirring continuously as there should be no lump left. When it is well cooked and turn golden pink in colour , turn off the heat , take out halwa in small bowls and serve it hot .
