Although pumpkin is a very common vegetable in day to day meals.It is extremely rich in vital antioxidants and vitamins. People who love to eat low calorie vegetables, pumpkin is one of them.
Here is the delicious recipe of pumpkin for you.

Ingredients -
- Pumpkin - 1/2 kg (remove seeds and cut into small pieces)
- Mustard / Cooking oil - 2 table spoon
- Onion - 2 medium size ( slices)
- Nigella sativa (kalonji seeds) - 1/4 tea spoon
- Salt- 1/2 k.g
- Broken red chilli- 3
- Mango powder. 1full pinch
Heat the Mustard oil in the pan or khadhai , fry onion slices ,when it turn little brown, add pumpkin pieces, Salt, Broken Red Chili, kalouji seeds, Mango powder with one cup of water.Mix it well and close the lid. Cook it well on the medium flame and stir time to time When it turn soft and well cooked adjust salt and parch it well .Its done.
